Bring your family and friends and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails in Harbison State Forest on National Trails Day - Saturday June 5th, 2010
Planned Events from 10:30am to 12:30pm:
* Dedication ceremony for Richland County Conservation Commission trailhead education kiosk
* Trail ride (16 miles) led by Harbison Trail Patrol in partnership with Palmetto Cycling Coalition
* Trail walk (2 miles) to first sector of sustainable trail financed by RCCC Community Grant funding
Trail event participants should bring water and wear clothing suitable for off-road trail conditions. Helmets are required for all riders.
